The Compliance Specialist II is responsible for auditing motor carrier contractor documentation and processes. To be successful in this role, you must display advanced communication and documentation skills regarding on-going auditing procedures as well as project managemant. Ultimately, this position will maintain and improve our company’s image, ensuring that the people who contribute to our company’s growth are compliant with our standards.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
·Associates degree and 2 years experience or 5 years experience
·Exceptional discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with our senior management team
·Advanaced attention to details
·Advanced ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment
·Advance (Specialist II) understanding of Compliance SOPs for onboarding and auditing processes
·Competent level of organizational and communication skills
·Competent project management skills
·Competent in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
·Competent understanding of USDOT FMCSA regulations and requirements
·Competent understanding of Riverstone Contract Carrier Contract requirements
·Basic understanding of 3PL Last Mile delivery industry and insurance market
·Basic understanding of RLX employment policies
