Job Details Job Location KS Kansas Avenue RTI - KANSAS CITY, KS Job Category Transportation Description Summary Repairs and maintains diesel, trucks by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Reads job order and observes and listens to truck in operation to
determine malfunction and to plan work procedures
Can record Clear and concise notes and charge out all parts used in TINA
Can learn and perform Basic PM Services A, B, C, D, E
Basic understanding of air systems
Preforms air leak inspections Diag. and repair
Test, Recharge or changes batteries
Mount and dismount tires
Diag. and Repair Brakes, drums and wheel ends with supervision
Has a base Understanding of suspensions
Examines protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and adjusts.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
