SUMMARY : Responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. Assist with all facets of the H.R. department to include HRIS maintenance, and special projects as assigned.

This position coordinates physician benefits, onboarding, worker’s compensation, employee relations and compliance matters according to established policy, rules, and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.

HOURS : Monday-Friday 8 : am-5 : pm, non-remote.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE : High school diploma or GED required. Three years of Human Resources experience or equivalent related experience required.

Must possess good oral and written communication skills and be able to maintain a workflow with frequent interruptions at a required pace.

Word and excel experience required. Health-care experience highly preferred.
