Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for overall management of projects including construction techniques, budget, schedule, human resources and communication.

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of five years of project management experience required
  • Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
  • AutoCAD and BIM interface expertise strongly preferred.
  • Project management software expertise.
  • Microsoft Office Suite expertise.
  • Project scheduling software expertise.
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
License or Certification Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of facility capital plan.
  • Deliver projects at or below budget.
  • Control costs, cash flow and project funding.
  • Demonstrate accountability for customer service and professional behavior through personal work ethic and teamwork.
  • Demonstrates work product meets the expected quality criteria.
  • Develop justification, project schedule, cost analysis, and spending authorization documentation for projects.
  • Provide project budget management for building, equipment and utility systems projects.
  • Provide project management for building, equipment and utility systems to ensure a safe environment and operational reliability according to standards established by management team.
