Overview:
Construction by Timco is currently seeking out an experienced Project Manager in the area of storm restoration, construction, and insurance claims.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in this field, specifically dealing with insurance restoration and working with insurance companies to come to an agreed scope of work. Qualified candidates should also have experience in roofing, siding and overall exterior restoration.
This is a commission based position with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on volume and performance.
Primary Responsibilities/Expectations:
-Climbing roofs and identifying storm damage from wind and hail.
-Explaining the entire claim process to a homeowner.
-Meeting insurance adjusters and handling adjustments.
-Documenting damage and moving denied claims to approvals.
-Taking photos of the loss location and construction sight to load the supplement file.
-Communication with the homeowner about the schedule of multiple trades.
Must Have's:
-Valid drivers license and cleaning driving record.
-Your own reliable vehicle
-Reliable smart phone
-Self motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred candidates will have the following:
-An established LLC for compensation purposes
-A pickup truck with ladders
-A reliable laptop/computer
-Experience writing claims with Xactimate
-Comfortable in canvassing/soliciting
-Current customer/referral base
