Summary:
- Ability to communicate effectively with project leadership and subject matter experts

License or Certification Requirements:
Must obtain appropriate EPIC certification within 6 months of hire - Collaborating with trainers in the design and development of training programs to support workflows to be implemented
- Communicating project status with each other, with department representatives, and with higher levels; provide formal status reporting on a periodic basis to supervisory staff as requested.
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings as assigned; documenting proceedings.
- Designing, building, and validating the application to conform to desired workflows.
- Following established guidelines for testing, documentation, and change control.
- Identifying potential system enhancements.
- Implementing approved changes based on customer- designated priorities.
- Obtaining and maintaining Epic certification in assigned application module.
- Supporting end-users as needed Tracking, updating, and resolving issues
