A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OUTSIDE SERVICE ATTENDANT
As an Outside Service Attendant at Riverside, you are the first point of contact with our members and guests in the bag drop/cart staging area. Your helpful and friendly customer service contributes to their favorable impression of our club. You set the range and clean clubs with the same level of care that you treat the members.
You also pay keen attention to the bag drop area to ensure that members and guests are greeted warmly and promptly. As someone who likes to stay busy, you are glad there is always something to do, whether picking the range, getting clubs on carts, or helping keep our fleet of 50 carts looking sharp. But your first priority is always providing fantastic customer service! For a sports enthusiast like you, what could be better than working in an exciting golfing environment?
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OUTSIDE SERVICES ATTENDANT
- Interest in golfing and a basic understanding of the game
- Ability to work long hours on feet
- Able to work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills
