A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RACQUET SPORTS SHOP ATTENDANT

As a Racquet Sports Shop Attendant, you are the first point of contact with our members and guests in the racquet area. Your helpful and friendly customer service contributes to their positive impression of our club. You answer the phone with the same warmth, record incoming calls, help our members check-in for their courts, and help them book court reservations.

As someone who likes to stay busy, you are glad there is always something to do, whether running the register, stocking shelves with equipment, setting up apparel racks, keeping the shop clean, or providing clean water for our members. But your priority is always providing amazing customer service! For a sports enthusiast like you, what could be better than working in an exciting racquet sports environment?

AFTERNOON AND WEEKEND WORK SCHEDULE

This position starts as a seasonal position, from April to October. With the potential of growing into a full-time role.Afternoon and weekend shiftsare available.

• Interest in racquet sports (tennis, pickleball, and platform tennis) and a basic understanding of the game
• Working knowledge of basic computer programs

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Excellent and welcoming customer service skills
