Plans and coordinates day-to-day unit staffing schedules for nursing services and maintains all related records

Responsibilities And Essential Duties

1. Nursing staff scheduling

• Performs nursing scheduling tasks to provide adequate coverage of CNAs, LPNs, RNs and RN Supervisors.

• Responsible for re-certification process for CNAs

• Observes Resident's Rights policies at all times

• Reports to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality

• Attends in-services and department meetings as required

• Assumes accountability for data contained in the handbook

• Maintains confidentiality of all information relating to any person associated with Riverside Center to include but not limited to residents, family members, visitors and employees

• Actively participates in the QAPI program

• Complies with all work rules including those that pertain to health

• Complies with the terms of the Riverside Compliance Program

• Performs other duties as directed
