Duties:
- Assist mechanics in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles
- Utilize the Full Bay order management system to process parts orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient
- Order, Receive and inspect incoming shipments of parts
- Organize and store parts in the warehouse
- Coordinate with technicians and service managers to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to parts
Skills:
- Knowledge of heavy equipment/diesel repair industry
- Familiarity with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts
- Proficiency in using Full Bay or similar order management systems
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
- Attention to detail when inspecting incoming shipments of parts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technicians and service manager
Note: Previous experience working in a heavy equipment/diesel repair shop is a plus.
