What Will Make Your Days Exciting as a Trucking parts specialist at Bumper to Bumper

• Manages parts inquiries over the counter, by phone or e-mail in a timely and courteous manner
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new parts and components.
• Provides product expertise and relevant parts recommendations to customers
• Prepares and follow-up on parts quotations, customer orders and all relevant reports
• Handle customer transactions : including sales, returns, in a timely manner
• Reconcile their transaction history and cash drawer at the conclusion of each shift
• Effectively communicate with all store and support center team members, management and customers
• Adhere to inventory control programs, in-stock standards and all operating procedures
• Contribute proactively to improvements in branch sales and profitability
• Maintaining attractive and current showroom displays.
• Assist with the verification, stocking, and ordering of parts
• Assist with keeping the inventory control system accurate

What will make you the ideal Trucking parts specialist at Bumper to Bumper

• At least 4 years' experience in a Heavy Duty parts or technician related position.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software for inventory management and order processing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other employees and in a team environment
• Lifting of heavy equipment of up to 60 pounds
