Essential Job Functions:

• Work with Supervisor AV entertainers and freelancers for live entertainment.
• Able to communicate with the operations team to create the best experience for guests as possible.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet.
• Ability to perform under pressure and with tight deadlines.
• Assist with conducting pre-event tests (check and verify equipment).
• Monitor audio and video qualities throughout an event.
• Assists AV Supervisor with solutions for solving complex customer problems.
• Setup/Teardown for onsite and offsite activities.
• Assists with maintaining AV systems throughout property.
• Provide end user support with scheduling software and web applications.
• Assists with maintaining displays throughout the entire property.
• Support user requirements for audio and video delivery.
• Assist Supervisor AV in maintaining AV equipment and inventory.
• Assists with research and development of emerging technologies and applications in the AV industry.
• Working knowledge of video streaming and production.
• All other duties as assigned
