Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare and/or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas and other specialty beverages
• Works in an efficient and clean manner at all times
• Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them
• Serve prepared foods, such as breakfast pastries, cookies, cupcakes and other bakery items
• Check temperatures of refrigeration units to ensure proper functioning
• Stock supplies and/or retail products
• Take guest orders and sometimes convey them to other team members for preparation.
• Receive and process guest’s payments
• Advises management of problems if any with clients to avoid negative feedback. It is our policy that a problem when noticed be solved before the client leaves the building
• Maintains food safety and sanitation standards when applicable
• Avoids leaving work area during peak periods
• Assists with the cleanliness of the casino property Front and Heart of House
• Performs all other duties as assigned
