Job Summary:

• Ensures cleanliness of dining areas in Slice, Mian, and the Team Dining Room (TDR).
• Ensures supplies are stocked in these areas.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greets all guests with a smile
• Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
• Ensures that the restaurant is properly set and ready for business, checking for cleanliness
• Completes all side work and other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
• Offers assistance to all guests regardless of where they are seated.
• Upholds standards by setting examples with appearance and work ethic.
• Works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
• Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the Safest possible manner, and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if a personal accident does occur.
• Keeps work area clean.
• Remains up to date on all Departmental Policies and Procedures.
• Performs all other duties specified or assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• One year cashier in quick serve or drive-through experience preferred.

Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registrations:

• Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).

• Ability to obtain a food handler's card.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to establish credibility and rapport with operating leaders.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires prolonged standing and walking
• Requires eye/hand coordination, manual dexterity, normal hearing, and normal vision
• Requires regular, predictable attendance.
• Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and customers.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
