Rivers Casino Portsmouth is Hiring an Admiral's Steak and Seafood - Busser Near Portsmouth, VA

Duties/Responsibilities:
Is responsible for bussing tables, stocking and maintain side stations
Maintain side stands, cleanliness of restaurant and stock the prescribed pars.
Assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
Follow directions from management at all times.
Maintain proper uniform and name tag and ensure a neat and clean appearance at all times.
Empty trash and stock bus carts as needed.
Returns dirty china, silverware, glassware and cups to kitchen.
Sweep, clean and mop areas as assigned
Other job related duties as assigned.
All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
None
Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registrations:
Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).
Ability to obtain a food handlers card.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent verbal skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrates the ability to establish credibility and rapport with operating leaders.
Physical Requirements:
Requires prolonged standing and walking
Requires mobility
Requires bending and reaching from floor level to 6 ft.
Requires lifting up to 40lbs
Requires transporting, pushing, pulling and maneuvering carts weighing up to 75 lbs through
crowded areas
Requires eye/hand coordination, manual dexterity, normal hearing and normal vision
Requires the use of electrical equipment
Requires regular, predictable attendance.
Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and
procedures.
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and customers.
Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
Ability to be a TEAM player
Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
