RiverPointe Senior Living is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Littleton, CO
We are looking for a Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.
Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Independent retirement community looking for a full-time entry level maintenance tech. We offer medical, dental & vision, 401K, life, disability,
PTO and shift meal. Basic maintenance tools are provided.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting.
Minor appliance repair, repairs to showers, baths, sinks, doors, cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
Complete make ready check list for move-ins.
Some working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair & replace motors with minimal assistance.
Assist with preventative maintenance.
Grounds: pick up yard & parking lot, sweeping, weed mitigation, light landscaping and snow removal.
Assist with special projects as directed.
Requirements:
Must be able to follow oral & written instructions.
Must present a professional and courteous manner to residents, visitors, contractors & a cooperative attitude towards coworkers.
Must be clean & neat in appearance, shirts are provided.
Must be available for after hour building emergencies on a rotating schedule (1 week every 5 weeks).
Basic painting skills
Basic Drywalling skills
Basic Plumbing knowledge
Must have a willingness to learn.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
