Job Summary This position is responsible for the maintenance of our property and the daily operations of our yard area. This role requires an adaptable person who enjoys working outside in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintain buildings and grounds (basic plumbing and electrical, mowing, weeding, snowplowing, painting, etc.).
• Collaborate with other departments, such as rental, sales, and service to ensure alignment and coordination of yard operations.
• Prepare and stage vehicles or equipment that are exiting the yard.
• Inspect and store vehicles or equipment that are entering the yard.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Set up new vehicles with accessories and minor customizations.
