What you will do:

The Territory Sales Account Manager is responsible for sales of new and existing Feed Energy products and services within an assigned territory. This role serves as a company and brand ambassador, advocating for both the customer and the company. Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including cold calling, lead development, networking, contract negotiation, and customer onboarding.
  • Manage relationships across customer supply chains (nutritionists, mill managers, buyers, growers, etc.)
  • Build and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for product volume and margins.
  • Drive growth in turkey, swine, poultry, cattle, and dairy feed segments.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Provide consultative solutions selling to address customer business needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer relationship management data.
  • Represent Feed Energy at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product development initiatives.
  • Exemplify company values in all internal and external interactions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales account management experience
  • Experience in the turkey industry strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success selling complex solutions to long-term enterprise customers.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (~60%)
