**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Director of Construction to oversee and manage all construction operations. This leadership role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of residential projects from conception to completion, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety, and enhancing our reputation for customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the construction lifecycle of all projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and above quality expectations.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage construction teams including superintendents, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and alignment with customer visions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain compliance with all building laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a customer-centric approach in all project aspects.
  • Oversee excavation crews
  • Manage Centralized Schedule

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction management, with a significant focus on residential construction.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and teams.
  • Strong technical proficiency in construction management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
