Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Dog Daycare Attendant. As a Dog Daycare Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and supervision to dogs in our daycare facility. This is a rewarding opportunity for animal lovers who enjoy working with dogs and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and supervise dogs in the daycare facility to ensure their safety and well-being

- Engage in playtime activities with dogs, providing mental and physical stimulation

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the daycare facility, including cleaning up after dogs

- Assist with feeding and administering medications as instructed by pet owners

- Ensure all dogs are properly restrained during interactions to prevent any aggressive behavior

Requirements:

- Previous experience in pet care, such as pet sitting, animal care, or veterinary settings, is preferred

- Knowledge of animal behavior and ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments (On site training provided, as well)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Physical stamina to handle dogs of different sizes and engage in physical activities such as walking and playing

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Pay: From $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
