Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kennel Technician to join our team. As a Kennel Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to the animals in our facility. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about animal welfare and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, watering, and exercising
- Clean and sanitize kennels, boarding suites and common areas
- Administer medications as directed.
- Monitor animal behavior and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain accurate records of animal care and behavior observations
- Ensure a clean, safe and secure environment for all animals in our care

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in animal care or related field preferred
- Knowledge of animal behavior, handling, and restraint techniques preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast pace team environment
- Basic computer skills for record keeping purposes
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed
