Responsibilities:
The Executive Director is responsible for the efficient operations and overall management and direction of the day-to-day functions of their Community in accordance with property policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations. They will hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise staff in accordance with company policy. The Executive Director is also responsible for achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy; achieving and maintaining budgetary compliance; professionally representing the property to the community and Christian Horizons while creating a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for the residents. Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and inspiring teams
- Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and agreements
- Experience in process improvement methodologies and implementing best practices
- Proven ability to drive business development initiatives and achieve growth targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
