RIVEL is Hiring a Remote Senior Director, Investor Relations

Come work for a company that makes culture a priority. JOB SUMMARYReporting to the Managing Director of Rivel Insights, the Senior Director, TrendLign is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) involved in all aspects of Rivel’s perception studies from initial prospect discovery to study presentation. The Senior Director of TrendLign is responsible for working with the sales team, engaging with clients throughout the perception study process and delivering perception study report findings to IROs, C-Suite and the Board. In addition, the Senior Director is responsible for developing and managing the TrendLign team and internal operations.Rivel offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. This full-time role will come into the office if local to Westport, CT (with flexibility to work from home), otherwise remote, with some travel. The range of base compensation for this position is a minimum of $150,000 to a maximum of $170,000. Compensation for any employee in this position is adjusted based on skill, effort, responsibility, education, training, credentials, geographic location, working conditions and/or experience.ABOUT YOUYou have a passion for and experience with corporate investor relations.   • Work with Sales Consultants to support business development initiatives, including participation in sales solutions calls
  • Engage with client and lead internal sources to understand drivers and rationale for perception study to develop a unique line of inquiry
  • Oversee internal operations, including guiding project managers and liaising with consultants and various Rivel SMEs (subject matter experts) Act as lead SME, working with TrendLign team in analyzing and understanding study finding to develop actionable insights for presentation to clients
  •  Present study results to clients, including IROs, management teams and boards virtually and in-person
  •  Collaborate effectively with the broader Rivel team, as necessary, to ensure excellence in the solutions provided to clients within TrendLign and across Rivel’s Corporate Services
  •  Support other relationship and marketing efforts across Rivel as needed
REQUIREMENTS
  • 8-10 years in a Senior Corporate IR role
  • Experience with Investor Perception Studies and Research
  • Experience in leading and mentoring staff
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working within internal corporate structures and taking a multi-functional approach to projects
  • Understanding of investor and other stakeholder perceptions and expectations of companies’ investment thesis, strategy, and communications
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong work ethic and alignment with Rivel's Core Values
