Ritzel Lawn Care is a small business in Columbia, IL. We are agile and our goal is to Provide quality services that not only help our customers but also provide for the needs of our employees as well.

The services we perform are: mowing, fertilization and weed control, shrub trimming, mulching, landscape installation and landscape lighting.

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking mowing foreman to join our team. As a mowing foreman, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for lawns, landscapes, and outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge on how to operate equipment safely, lead a team and make our customer's lawns look great!

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming

- Maintain outdoor spaces by removing debris, leaves, and other unwanted materials

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Requirements:

- Previous experience required.

- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and best practices

- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain equipment safely

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
