Job Summary:Manage customer service appointments and offer support to both sales staff and warehouse. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:*Calling customers to schedule service appointments in a timely fashion.*Keeping an updated service calendar at all times.*Organizing and prioritizing all paperwork and keeping it updated and filed.*Working closely with sales staff on any changes to service orders.*Working with the warehouse to pull inventory and have it ready in a timely fashion. Qualifications and Requirements:1.Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.2.Experience with RFMS software is a plus!3.Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.4.Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.5.Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.#ZR
