Software Developer with Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop software solutions that will meet or exceed business requirements; development effort includes designing and implementing modules to the system specifications, conducting unit testing, troubleshooting issues and producing detailed proposals to resolve issues.

• Build and develop stream processing applications, as well as producers and consumers, using the Kafka platform.

• Build and maintain message configuration and flows and provide issue analysis on Kafka applications.

• Build automation tests to ensure that Kafka-based applications are functioning correctly and meeting the desired level of quality

• Design and develop API and GUI for multiple financial applications to ensure consistent usability and functionality for business owners.

• Investigate and resolve bugs and deficiencies in the product codebase. Debug and document existing programs as needed.

• Build and maintains internal tools to streamline the software development process and enhance productivity.

• Provide technical support to the help desk and directly to end users for more advanced user issues.

• Design, develop and create MongoDB to support application for development and testing the application.

• Involves in designing, developing and execution of entire SDLS Process including documentation of Project Plans, Requirements, Functional Requirement Document, Test Plan, Test Cases and Test Scripts for Web applications.

• Analyze business needs and create user acceptance tests and the appropriate documentation.

• Create, maintain and run automation tests with tools such as UFT (Unified Functional Testing) using Open2Test framework and/or Selenium WebDriver with Java or .Net Core 2.0 on various browsers.

• Test various financial application manually or/and using automation testing tools carrying out the Integration, Regression, System testing and Ad-Hoc testing.

• Participate in daily Scrum meetings to support Agile methodology used for system development.

Skills / Knowledge required:

• Work experience with Jenkins, Java and Selenium.

• Hands-on knowledge and experience with Spring, Log4i, and Rational Tools

• Knowledge of SQL and performance tuning technique

• Experience working with ER/Objects/UML modeling concepts

• Experience in implementation of containerization using Docker, Open Shift or AWS EC2 instances

• Expert knowledge in ALM QC, Jira and Bugzilla.

• Good understanding, reading, and writing on a kafka Topic

• Expert knowledge of Web Services Testing with different Tools.

• Expert knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, BDD and Cucumber framework

• Expert in Integrated Development Environments like Visual Studio, IntelliJ, Eclipse.

• Hands-on knowledge and experience with Spring, Log4i, and Rational Tools

• Understanding of application and transport layer security

• Expert in creation Test Plan, Test Cases, Traceability Matrix and Various release Documents.

• Expert in usage of various tools like Version One Share point, ALM QC and Perforce.

• Self-directed and Self-motivated to see and find efficient and cost-effective opportunities for change.

• General understanding of MV frameworks.

• Ability to understand business problems and articulate a corresponding solution.

• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
