Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Managing Broker to join our team. As a Managing Broker, you will be responsible for overseeing the real estate office, training and mentoring brokers, recruiting new talent, generating and analyzing reports, meeting with ownership and team to ensure goals are being met, and ensuring office systems and protocols are being followed. This is a fast paced, challenging, yet rewarding position that requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of real estate law, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Requirements:
- Valid Managing Brokers license
- Proven experience as a Broker or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual/multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Ability to motivate and train agents
- Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite

Pay: $56,562.60 - $68,118.40 per year
