To be considered, you should:

• Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
• Master's degree in related field, or Have a BA/BS with five years of experience, or 10 years of residential facility management experience.
• Have 4 years of related experience in residential facility management (DJJ).
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
