Job Description :

Rite-Hite Service Technicians will install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.

In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact.

This role will service Upper Marlboro and surrounding areas. There is potential for an added Technician for Baltimore.

Required Experience :

Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred. Selected candidate must be able to work independently in a field environment.

Good customer service skills are required. This position requires the ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.

As this position requires driving a company vehicle, a pre-employment drug test and clean driving record are required, as is a DOT physical.
