Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail math and ability to negotiate with customers
- Familiarity with interior design concepts is a plus
- Experience with account management and inside sales techniques
- Ability to manage stock levels and conduct inventory checks
