Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales and Leasing Professionals to join our team. Whether you prefer a salaried or commission-based pay plan, we offer options to suit your preference. As a Sales and Leasing Professional, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their automotive needs, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday with weekends as needed to accommodate customer demand

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing or leasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
  • Provide product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure a satisfactory sales experience for customers and the dealership
  • Follow up with potential leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, financing options, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
