Role: Billing Analyst/Product Owner

Job Description

· Work experience supporting and configuring Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) or similar billing systems.

· Preferably development experience with Java based programming. Groovy script preferred.

· Ability to parse through many details to get to the root cause of complex challenges.

· Ability to prioritize effectively especially for BAU tasks which are time sensitive.

· Collaboration with multiple stakeholders including technical staff, ETL developers, operations, and billing.

· Team spirit and good communication abilities.

· Good organizational skills.

· Working knowledge of product development architecture including ETL processes.

· Proficiency in the use of analytic tools

· Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.

· Excellent oral and written communication.

· Ability to work with large teams.

· Understanding of design quality standards.

· Creativity and adaptability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Collaborating with stakeholders including billing, finance, and client implementation to understand both short term and long-term goals.

· Document functionality, including complex logic for healthcare billing. Curate documentation for consumption by various stakeholders including ORMB users, member and client support, development, QA, and management.
