Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Consultant to join our team. The Safety Consultant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment per 29 CFR 1910 and 29 CFR 1926.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Provide safety training to employees on topics such as trenching/excavation, rigging and hoisting fundamentals, fall protections, welding/hot work fundamentals OSHA , and other annual-required OSHA trainings
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences
- Stay up-to-date on relevant OSHA laws and regulations
- Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and improve occupational health
- Evaluate EHS programs and recommend improvements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Safety Consultant or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and occupational health standards
- GSP, ASP, CSP, STSC, CHST strongly preferred

- Certification in CPR, first aid, or related fields is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Ability to fabricate solutions to enhance workplace safety
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
