Rising Tide Charter Public School is seeking a Boys Varsity Soccer Coach for the 2024-2025 school year. The head coach oversees all aspects of his/her program. They will teach life skills and develop character while building a strong program. They will plan and organize practice sessions and/or other team activities. At Rising Tide we stress discipline, enjoyment of play, competition, dedication and hard work along with the development of academics, goal setting, teamwork, leadership and sportsmanship.Desirable candidates will support the mission and values of Rising Tide Charter Public School along with have the ability to uphold all policies of Rising Tide Charter School and the MIAA. They will report every day with enthusiasm, possess the knowledge to teach basic and advanced techniques and effectively communicate with the Athletic Director, parents, players and administrators.
