About the Company: Rise Realty Solutions is a fast-growing company that buys, fixes and sells distressed real estate throughout New Jersey.
Position: Acquisition Manager
Compensation: Commissions Bonuses (100% Performance-based). 1st year potential $100k
You will be trained by and work directly with some of the industry's best and report directly to the owner and work mostly remotely. CLOSERS ONLY.
We are seeking hungry, ambitious sales professionals that can take motivated seller leads and turn them into signed contracts. The ideal candidate will have/be:- At least 1 year of successful inside or outside sales experience
- Coachable
- Organized
- Passion for Real Estate
- Self-Starter
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Highly ethical- NJ Real Estate license is a plus
- Impeccable Phone Skills- Ability to Close
- Short learning curve
- Based in the Central NJ area
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $1.00 - $150,000.00 per year
