The Program Administrator will provide strategic and operational oversight of multisite multidisciplinary (OT, PT, SPT, ABA) clinic operations. They are responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facilities while demonstrating the primary goal of providing efficient services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations. S/he will be responsible for leading the company’s two core objectives:
1. Exceptional Patient Experience: Rise Pediatric Therapies patient experience is of the utmost important and is their highest priority. Serving their clients and creating a system of support is their mission and the Executive Director will be responsible for leading the team and operations of the company to make sure they are providing the best possible patient experience in all aspects of daily activities.
2. Company Culture: Rise Pediatric Therapies recognizes that culture is the lifeblood of the company and is vital to strengthening and providing an exceptional patient experience. The Executive Director will be responsible for maintaining and expanding upon their relaxed but enthusiastic professional work environment. This requires passion, commitment to an open and honest communication process, servant leadership and being deeply engaged with improving the lives of our employees and patients by improving the process of the operations of the company.
