Position Overview:
As a Busser at Rise and Shine, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during the busy breakfast rush. We're looking for someone with a happy morning attitude who can handle high volume with a smile. Your responsibilities will include clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, and assisting servers as needed to ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Health, vision, and dental insurance offered after 60 days of full-time employment
- Employee discount on meals
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Hours: Daily from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Days: 5 days a week, weekends required ***
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide excellent service with a smile
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle high volume with grace and composure
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for the next guests
- Refill beverages and assist with delivering food to tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Assist servers with various tasks as needed to support the flow of service
- Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
