Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require help with their daily activities. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Medication reminders according to prescribed schedules
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support
- Document daily activities and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patience and understanding when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive limitations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
