Survey Technician responsibilities:

• Ability to process topographic surveys and interpret survey field data
• Ability to do construction calcs for survey crews
• Ability to read and understand Legal Descriptions
• Prepare field package for field crews
• Engage in daily communication with Project Surveyor and Project Manager.
• Proficient in Civil 3D applications, MicroStation Inroads experience a must
• Ability to produce the following Maps - ALTA Surveys, Land Survey Plats, Improvement Survey Plats, Subdivision Replats, ROW Plans,Subdivision Plats and Topographic Design Surveys
• Ability to handle project changes with confidence
• Proficient with TMOSS and CDOT Standards a must
• Proficiency in MS Office
• 5 years of experience in Surveying or has an LSI
• Strong pursuit of continuing education
