Summary:We are currently seeking a motivated Lender Relationship Manager to join a placement team within a growing commercial financing marketplace. As a Lender Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing key relationships with lending institutions and partners to facilitate financing for various clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and manage an extensive network of lenders and financing partners (20-60 lenders).
• Act as the primary liaison for assigned lenders, fostering relationships to maximize financing opportunities.
• Present and assess client underwriting packages to lenders, detailing aspects such as creditworthiness, collateral, and growth potential.
• Negotiate financing terms, rates, and structures on behalf of clients to secure optimal financing solutions.
• Review and comprehend financing opportunities, including financial statements, projections, and business plans, among other required materials.
• Monitor and report on financing pipeline and closed loans within the lender network.
• Stay abreast of lending market conditions, emerging loan products, and each lender's focus areas to effectively match clients.

Qualifications:

• Possess 3 years of experience in a lending or credit-related role.
• Maintain existing relationships with commercial lenders.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in analyzing financial statements and credit profiles.
• Exhibit excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented with a persistent follow-up approach.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
