• Offer specialized technical support to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute on-site tasks encompassing land surveying duties like construction staking, boundary determination, ALTA surveys, and topographic assessments across diverse project categories.
• Arrange essential field staking materials in an organized manner.
• Utilize GPS systems, total stations, scanners, and data collectors proficiently.
• Facilitate seamless file transfers between data collectors and the company's internal project repositories.
• Keep office teams informed about project progression, daily updates, and any encountered challenges.
• Foster and sustain productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Uphold strict adherence to the company's safety protocols, quality management standards, and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with survey service policies and procedures at divisional, regional, and organizational levels.
• Serve as a role model by demonstrating sound judgment, ethical principles, trustworthiness, integrity, transparency, and professionalism.

Necessary Skills

• Physical agility necessary for maneuvering within construction sites and diverse field locations.
• Capability to transport surveying equipment and materials in varied terrains, whether remote, rural, or urban.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and traverse long distances on foot.
• Willingness to work outdoors, enduring weather fluctuations, insects, and changing environmental conditions.

Required Experience

• Proficiency in effectively leading a survey team and providing guidance to crew members.
• Competence in operating total stations and GPS devices for various surveying tasks such as establishing control networks, determining boundaries, conducting ALTA surveys, assessing topography, and performing construction staking.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, along with the ability to operate motor vehicles.
• Certification in OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid, or a readiness to obtain these certifications.
• Capacity to execute tasks and address challenges independently with a high level of autonomy.
• Basic proficiency in using computer applications within the office suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of an Associate's Degree program in Surveying, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in land development projects, encompassing both commercial and residential ventures, as well as public infrastructure initiatives.
• Coordination experience with office personnel, including surveying technicians and engineering staff.
• Possession of an FAA Part 107 UAS License.
• Availability and willingness to travel and remain stationed on project sites for extended durations.
