Operational Support: Assist in the smooth functioning of the classroom and Lower School activities.

Instructional Duties: Conduct educational sessions for both whole and small groups of students.

Emotional Guidance: Address and support the social-emotional needs of students, fostering a nurturing learning environment.

Collaborative Planning: Engage in regular discussions with the Assistant Head of the Lower School, both individually and in group settings.

Participative Presence: Attend all necessary meetings, contributing actively to the discussions and initiatives.
