● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business
Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in
project management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous
● At least 10 years of experience in project management or operation related roles,
with a demonstrated track record of successful program delivery and leadership
-Must have experience or exposure to cable manufacturing
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Hire, train and be a motivating mentor to program managers.
● Lead large group discussions to answer questions and remedy complaints internally and
externally.
● Create and nurture effective communication within the organization and business units /
groups
● Build a strong team through open communication and by collaborating on
decision-making responsibilities.
● Guide all program managers to lead and work with factory’s program / project managers
to detailed monitoring the project progress using the proper readiness or tracking sheets.
● Initiate and set goals for programs based on the organization’s strategic objectives.
● Plan programs from start to finish, including identifying processes, deadlines and
milestones.
● Develop and approve operations and budgets.
● Responsible for managed projects profit and loss within business groups and units.
● Lead and support each program manager of followings:
○ Create, systemize, and manage timelines for projects, organize activities,
planning and allocating resources needed.
○ Define, review contracts, negotiate, communicate and manage the scope of a
project.
○ Discover new processes to help to improve team efficiency.
○ Motivate team members as well as enforce expectations when needed.
○ Surface project issues and proactively make recommendations for solutions.
○ Participate in the development of project and task estimates by working with
team members to produce initial estimates and calculate the resources required
to deliver the project tasks.
○ Manage day to day operation aspects of a project (including meeting scheduling
and documentation through minutes/notes/actions).
○ Monitor progress, communicate with the team and stakeholders and prepare and
present project status reports.
○ Conduct post-project/milestone reviews to provide feedback and continuous
improvement opportunities.
