Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Online Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community on platforms such as Reddit, forums, and other social media channels. Respond to posts, queries, and discussions, fostering a positive brand image and community spirit.

- Influencer Outreach: Identify and reach out to influencers and brand advocates across various platforms. Develop relationships and collaborate on campaigns that align with our brand's values and goals.

- Customer Engagement: Spearhead initiatives to encourage customer reviews and user-generated content. Engage with customers across multiple platforms to ensure their experiences with RinseKit are shared and celebrated.

- Referral Programs: Lead and innovate our referral program efforts, devising strategies that incentivize our community to spread the word about RinseKit in creative and engaging ways.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the outdoor and portable cleaning system industry. Provide insights that will guide our marketing and product development strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Current enrollment in or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

- A proactive, creative thinker with a passion for engaging with online communities and building brand presence.Familiarity with social media platforms and online forums, including Reddit.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Interest in outdoor activities and innovative consumer products is a plus.
