This role is critical for maintaining our fiscal health and supporting our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounting and bookkeeping, including accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal tax requirements; prepare and file taxes using your CPA expertise.
• Oversee internal controls and financial procedures to ensure they meet industry standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with external auditors as necessary, providing all required information for annual audits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and best practices to advise on potential impacts to the company.

Requirements:

• CPA certification is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounting or financial control role, ideally within the technology or SaaS sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to convey complex financial information clearly.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
