Skilled Maintenance
Candidates must possess an Associate's Degree or Journeyman/Master status in at least one of three fields - electrical, plumbing, HVAC. Must have a valid PA driver's license and a clean driving record.
Hours vary based on the needs of the District, but range from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Candidates must be willing to work in a variety of conditions from the extreme cold of winter to the heat of summer. Job Title: Maintenance
Reports to: Director of Buildings and Grounds
Primary Purpose:
Performs maintenance and repairs as needed to the electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems and makes general repairs to buildings and contents.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Performs in accordance with school policy, administrative regulations, state and federal laws.
Evaluation:
Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with the provisions of the applicable policies of the Ringgold School District.
