Qualifications:

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage stress
• Food Handling and Safety knowledge
• Knife and measuring skills; manual dexterity and speed
• Ability to ready and follow recipes
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation

Duties:

• Set up, break down and maintain stock levels at line cook stations
• Produce food items as tickets are received following recipes, plating specs and time standards, assuming 100% percent responsibility for quality of work
• Receive and store product, assist with stocking duties, follow proper food labeling and rotation protocol
• Minimize waste
• Practice acceptable food handling and safety procedures including safe heating and cooling methods
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace

Pay: $16-22 per hour
