Some recipes have been passed down for generations through the owner’s family and were first served at the family’s own falafel stand in Israel during the 1950’s. Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 1 years of full-service restaurant experience
• Reliable transportation

Duties:

• Provide hospitable and knowledgeable service while suggestively selling
• Produce all beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic according to recipe specs, ensuring quality and proper presentation
• Set up, break down and stock the bar, maintaining visual appeal of the bar
• Follow prep list assignments preparing mixes according to recipe
• Ring all purchases, follow accurate cash handling procedures, and balance drawers at end of the shift
• Practice acceptable food handling and safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Know and practice proper alcohol liability procedures

Pay: $5 per hour
