• Operate machinery such as tractors and road graders to maintain gravel roads for optimal safety and accessibility and perform necessary repairs.

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on tractors, vehicles, and other equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the pool area clean, safe, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Monitor pool water quality, adjust chemical levels as needed, and perform basic troubleshooting of pool equipment.

• Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaping elements by mowing, trimming, weeding, and watering as necessary.

• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper function and efficient water usage.

• Troubleshoot and repair small appliances, equipment, and fixtures throughout the facility as needed.

• Interact with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and addressing any concerns or inquiries, assist in answering phone calls and taking payments.

• Cleaning of the community shower house, clubhouse, and kitchen; including bathrooms, vacuuming, windows, dusting, moping and general grounds upkeep.

• Fill member propane tanks.

• Assist with community events including annual Memorial and Labor Day BBQs.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to prioritize tasks and address issues as they arise.

• Individuals may perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
