Our client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you will oversee the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments, ensuring inventory accountability and accuracy. Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments.
• Arrange for in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules and coordinate transportation of required materials with department supervisors for delivery to various departments.
• Encourage continuous idea generation from team members for process improvement in cost, time, and safety.
• Ensure 5S workplace organization method is applied daily.
• Follow updated schedules to meet ship dates and monitor quality in accordance with the company ISO Quality Plan.
• Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work on-site.
• Collaborate effectively with others, including the public, customers, vendors, employees, managers, and executive management.
• Perform multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED required, along with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. Previous MRP experience preferred.
